Thomas Fischer, MSc, MBA
Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Fischer was appointed to Chief Executive Officer of EUCODIS Bioscience in December 2009, having been Chief Financial Officer since September 2008. He brings to the Company a wealth of experience in management and finance in international companies. Prior to joining EUCODIS Bioscience, Thomas Fischer was co-founder and CFO of Austrianova, an Austrian clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, where he successfully closed two financing rounds.

Previously he was with Aventis CropScience, Germany, and Nycomed Pharma Eastern Europe, with responsibilities in finance, project management, and M&A projects. His previous responsibilities include various senior management positions in the consumer goods and manufacturing industries in Hungary, Slovakia and Liechtenstein. Mr. Fischer has an MBA from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Austria, where he also received his MSc.
