Our new addition to the beta-lactamase family of enzymes is the newly developed enzyme LacBuster™. This enzyme is designed to inactivate an even broader range of beta-lactam antibiotics and carbapenems. LacBuster™ addresses the needs of leading antibiotics manufacturers and laboratories interested in sterility testing of biological specimens as it inactivates all relevant beta-lactam antibiotics, including penicillins, cephalosporins up to the 5th generation, and carbapenems, and shows an activity significantly higher than that of other products currently in the market.

The production of our beta-lactamase includes a high-yield downstream process, developed by EUCODIS Bioscience. As a result, our customers benefit from a pure, high-performing product and from our competitive cost structure.
